How do I Order?
The Quickest, and fastest way to order is by using our webpage – but we’re a bit old fashion and love personal contact with our customers! If you are uncomfortable placing your order online, you are more than welcome to contact us via Phone, Email, or Directly at any of our events!

Is My Product in Stock?
The chances are – Probably not! Chainmail, especially jewelry, is very custom to the person who purchases it! Because of this, we do not mass produce our products! Once we receive an order, D3 then crafts YOUR piece, rather than just throw something in a box and ship it!

How can I Pay you?
At this time, we are able to accept VISA and Mastercard, as well as PayPal, and certified money orders. Personal Checks are never accepted.

I want to order a lot of the same thing - do I get a discount?
Of course! We offer both wholesale and bulk retail pricing for identical items sold. For more information, please contact us directly!

Why is my 'Thin' item more expensive than the Standard?
It's rather easy to explain. First, count to 20. Then count to 20 again, except this time count by 2's. Using a larger number gets you to your goal faster. The same goes with chainmail rings: the smaller the rings used to craft your item, the more rings - and time - it takes to get to the same point.

How long will my item take to craft?
Most of our products require only 1 to 2 days to craft, however larger pieces, such as clothing or armor, or larger orders, will take longer! Any processing time that is more than 1-2 days will be documented in the product’s description. If for any reason we are unable to complete your item in the stated time, you will be notified with any delay information.

Shipping:
All of our pages are shipped via USPS with Delivery Confirmation, unless another mode is chosen. Depending on the location it is being shipped to, Transit time will vary between 2-21 business days. This transit time is determined by the Postal Service, not by D3, and there is nothing we are able to do to change these times.
 
Can I send my item back?
At D3, Our customer’s satisfaction is our #1 priority, however due to the extreme customization involved with our products, returns are only accepted if there was a mistake made on our part – this includes the shipping of a wrong item, crafting the incorrect size, or using incorrect coloring/materials. While this is a rare situation, we are only human, and these things do occasionally happen. Due to the nature of Clearance items, they will not be accepted for a return, or refund for any reason. If you wish to return an item for a refund, a 10% restocking fee will apply - unfortunately shipping and handling charges are NON-REFUNDABLE!

My item doesn't fit!
Not to worry! If a mistake was made, either by D3, or you when order, we will correct it! Correction, however, may require you to ship the item back to D3. If this was our mistake, of course we will cover all shipping costs for correction! Due to the nature of Clearance items, they will not be accepted for a return, or refund for any reason.

Undeliverable Packages:
Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When UPS or the Postal Service returns an undeliverable package to us, we email you telling you about the situation. Both UPS and the Postal Service charge us for shipping the package back to us and we do pass on the charge to you if it was not our error. Because of this, it is imperative that you double check your address to avoid additional shipping fees!

Do you REALLY hand make all of these items?
We sure do! We start with nothing more than a piece of wire, which we coil to make a 'spring', then cut to make the actual rings used to craft each one of these products.

You said this item was original, but I saw it on someone else's site!
There is a number of possibilities that could cause this. First, and foremost, D3 does not steal, borrow, or use anyone else's unique designs. The truth of the matter, however, is that there are thousands of Artisans crafting with wire throughout the world. The likelihood of more than one of these Artisans crafting the same piece as another is not that small. In addition, many of us, as fellow Artisans share our designs with each other, providing inspiration and ideas for additional pieces. It is possible that while D3 has crafted an item first, and made it an original design of D3, and any other Artisan has the right to craft the same type of item -This does not change the fact that the item was originally designed by us at D3.. The 'Original' marking is merely to point out the unique custom work that we do. If you have any other questions, or concerns regarding this, PLEASE do not hesitate to contact us!
